This receding clock shows students to the minute how much time they have left to complete an assignment. What is special about this clock is that the dial is mirrored. As a result, the colored disc – and with it the time – runs off like a pointer, as we know from an ordinary clock. The visual, analog display of the time remaining through the colored field shows time information at a glance, without affecting the concentration of the actual assignment. In addition, the visual time display helps students to organize time independently.

The clock works on batteries, so it runs absolutely silently. At the end of the set run time, a signal sounds, which can be set to loud/quiet or quiet. Unique to this clock is that the length of the expiration signal can be adjusted in 8 different levels. With fold-out feet, holes for wall mounting and a strong magnet on the back for attachment to a magnetic board.
